3 Years on Electrical, 5 Years on Chassis / Frame and 8 years on the Lithium battery (Provided by ECO Battery) 24 Months or 10,000 kms for our Benzina Zero

Are you able to deliver my bike or golf cart?

We work with a dedicated transport service for all our products, carefully selected and highly rated. Although deliver cost may vary* here’s an approximate for 2- and 4-wheel products:

How do I charge my Bike / Cart?

All of our products come with chargers that plug directly in to a standard 240v wall socket. (Some batteries can be removed for charging directly)

Do you provide finance?

Yes! You can provide your details using our Financial Pre-Approval Form and we will contact you back with further information for your specific needs.

How long does it take for me to get my product?

This depends on the product, Typically it may be a few days, and, in some circumstances, we may advise you of a custom order lead time.

Do I need a license for my Bike?

Only the Duo+ and Sport ranges need a Motorcycle license, All other products can be operated with a car license.
